Teen Therapy in Houston

We’re currently accepting new teen clients!

Someone your teen can actually talk to.

Adolescence is hard enough without carrying it alone. We help teens work through anxiety, depression, and the everyday weight of growing up — in a space that feels safe, not clinical.

For Parents

You know something's off. Maybe it's the withdrawal, the shorter answers, the door that stays closed a little longer each week. Maybe it's more obvious than that — the tears, the meltdowns, the grades slipping. Whatever brought you here, trust that instinct. You know your kid.

Teen therapy isn't about fixing your child — it's about giving them a steady, non-judgmental space to figure things out, with someone trained to help them do it. We work with teens navigating anxiety, depression, family changes, school stress, identity, friendships, and the transitions that come with growing up. Our goal is a teen who feels more like themselves again, and a relationship with you that has room to breathe.

You'll be looped in as much as makes sense for your family, while your teen gets a space that's truly theirs. That balance — informed, but not intrusive — is something we talk through with every family before we begin.

What to expect:

A free 15-minute consultation so we can hear what's going on and see if we're a good fit. If we move forward, your teen sets the pace, and we check in with you along the way about progress and how to support things at home.

For Teens

However you ended up on this page — your parents' idea, your own, or somewhere in between — you're allowed to feel however you feel about it.

Here's what therapy with us actually looks like: no lectures, no judgment, no telling your parents everything you say behind closed doors. Just an hour that's yours, with someone whose job is to listen and help you make sense of what's going on — whether that's anxiety that won't quiet down, feeling low more days than not, family stuff, friend stuff, or just not feeling like yourself lately.

You don't have to have the right words for it. You don't have to already know what you want to change. You just have to show up.

My Approach

"I meet teens where they are — not where a textbook says they should be. Sessions are collaborative and paced to the individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches and adjusted to fit each teen's personality, communication style, and goals. Some teens want to talk it out. Some need time before they open up at all. Both are fine here."
